All retail versions come out of the box as 32-bit but include a coupon whereby customer can request/obtain 64-bit version EXCEPT Retail Version of Ultimate which has both 32bit and 64bit versions included . As for ALL System Builder versions you select 32-bit or 64-bit at the time of purchase no upgrade path between 32 bit and 64 bit versions (same as old XP Pro rule) .
